CHABiG Was Always Meant to Be

After years of individual achievements and dedication, partners Ritesh and Priyanka always knew they would create something extraordinary together. CHABiG is the realization of their shared vision and relentless will to build an innovative AI agency. Inspired by his father’s work in IT and software, Ritesh developed a passion for software and technology at the young age of 7. His father’s stories ignited his curiosity and laid the groundwork for his future in the tech world.

At 17, Ritesh began his career with HP as a sales representative. He excelled in selling hardware and HP services, gaining valuable experience that set the stage for his future endeavors.

Ritesh joined Salesforce when the company was focused on gaining traction in the US market. He played a key role in drawing more leads and nurturing them, significantly contributing to the company’s early success.

Moving forward, Ritesh collaborated with Pegasys, working directly with the founders of Zoho and Podio. This experience provided him with deep insights into the software industry and honed his skills further.

Taking a leap into entrepreneurship, Ritesh founded his own virtual assistants firm. During this time, he collaborated with Priyanka on several creative projects. Her creative vision and content strategy expertise significantly contributed to the firm’s success.

Ritesh started working as an independent consultant for several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Google, and IBM. His strategic insights and expertise were highly valued, and he made significant contributions to these leading organizations. Meanwhile, Priyanka began working on freelance projects, partnering with some of the top brands in the US as a content strategist and copywriter. Her work earned her a stellar reputation in the industry.

Hey there! I’m Ritesh, a 37-year-old Delhi native and proud IIM Calcutta dropout. My journey started at 17 with Hewlett Packard, where I dove headfirst into the world of selling hardware and started playing with the CRM, starting my path to sales, and marketing. Hey there, I’m Akhil, who is a musician by heart and spreads positive vibes with his music, an athlete at the core who has played football at a professional level, a tech geek who is always looking out to explore new opportunities and technological advancements, a traveler and an explorer who spends half of his time doing adventurous activities and exploring the mountains and also is into animal welfare as an animal rescuer who helps and provides foster to the needy strays. Apart from that I’m an active volunteer in various NGO’ that empower the weaker section of the society.


In my Professional journey I completed my MBA in Finance and Marketing from UBS Chandigarh. In my business school I learned about a lot of crucial aspects that are really vital for taking up the business decisions, like Strategic Management, Financial Management, Studying and Analyzing Consumer Behaviors, Marketing Management, Forces of Market, Understanding Competitive advantage and how to leverage that.


From making strategic investments which produce significant yield and with my experience I found out that the sales plays a crucial role in the growth process of any business. So If you maximize the revenue then your profits, reserves and cash flow, assets will also increase and reach to a significant level, I focused on finding out solutions to reduce the cost and maximize the output, making business operate in an efficient manner and to tackle this I used AI and data altogether which helped in my analysis and projections part so I was able to provide valuable and impactful business decision.

With this use case I realized that the power of AI, if used and trained in a proper manner, can increase your productivity, quality and can help you in your time management. It is very cost effective and time effective as well. Then I used AI in different tasks and situations where I managed to provide astonishing results and that too at a very quick pace. 

With my profound knowledge of Financial Management and Digital Marketing and working with USHA International I managed to increase their footfall using Google Ads and marketing campaigns that were very creative and eye-catching, there I learned about the challenges and the pros of Premium Lighting Industry. I also did market research in the lighting industry and found out the integration of voice control and AI into the bulbs which I found to be very helpful and convenient.

As a human being I have a very proactive mindset. I am solution oriented, curious about exploring new things and constantly throwing real life challenges which makes me a calm and composed person as I work upon the betterment and solving the problem at first. I believe in adding value to the people that I meet and I always try to help people, animals, nature so as to make a positive impact in their lives and in whatever field I enter. I love to interact with people and I try to find out various different perspectives of looking at the same situation which helped me a lot in making the strategic decisions as you are already aware of your surroundings and how it’s going to react towards your art of work.

My journey into the tech world began at the age of 20 with Paytm, where I interned and was offered a pre-placement offer and that’s when I realized my knack for AI and technology.
